Responsible Person for Fire Alarm Systems / Competent Person for Fire Alarm Systems (BMA)

Current provisions stipulate that in companies operating fire alarm systems, an employee must take on the task of the quarterly inspection walk-through.

This person must be trained as the "Responsible Person for Fire Alarm Systems" (formerly the lead specialist) in accordance with DIN 14675. 

From 2021, Planatel will offer training on this subject, and the associated operator obligations for fire alarm systems.

The training will also cover topics such as:

  • Fire origination
  • Fundamentals and structure of fire detection technology and fire alarm systems
  • Requirements for the planning of fire alarm systems

Where required, a certificate can be issued following a passed examination

The one-day training sessions are expected to take place in the Hamburg area and in the Düsseldorf/Cologne area. The exact venue hotels will be announced in due course.

Alternatively, we offer our training, for a suitable number of participants, on your premises as well.
